CSM Lodging has announced the latest addition to its portfolio: The Hyatt Place in Lansing Township, Mich. The six-story, 125-key Hyatt Place Lansing hotel will be located in the Heights at Eastwood adjacent to the Eastwood Towne Center.
Along with the Hyatt Place Lansing Eastwood hotel, the Heights at Eastwood will be home to 100,000 square feet of in-line retail and a 125-unit luxury apartment building. Construction for the new $18.3 million, 82,000-square-foot Hyatt Place Lansing Eastwood is expected to commence in early April with a target opening of Spring 2015.
The new Hyatt Place Lansing Eastwood hotel will be conveniently located at the Lake Lansing Road & US-127 interchange; minutes from highly-ranked Michigan State University and from Michigan’s State Capitol.
The property will offer groups approximately 1,500 square feet of meeting space.
