Good Cookin’ Peach Recipes

 PEACH COBBLER ROLLS

 
5 large fresh peaches – peeled, pitted and sliced
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
 
1 1/3 cups buttermilk baking mix
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/3 cup milk
 
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 
In large saucepan over medium heat, combine peaches, water, 1 1/2 cups sugar and cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil for one minute, then reduce heat to low to keep warm.

My husband has accused me of showing favoritism between our children because I spend a lot of time traveling with our daughter and preparing her for her pageants. I know the pageants are time consuming, but I really don’t think that is true at all. I love all three of my children the same and I treat them all the same.
