Gov. Snyder Creates Campus Fire Safety Month
Off-campus housing — a greater fire risk
LANSING- MI — College students living away from home should take a few minutes to ensure that they are living in a fire safe environment as they start their academic year at Michigan colleges and universities, as Gov. Rick Snyder recently proclaimed September as Campus Fire Safety Month. Living off-campus poses particularly high fire risks that are preventable when young adults know and practice life-saving fire safety measures.

PREP TIME
The Ingham County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the community in the death of 69 yr old David Fluke.
On November 3, 2016 the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office arraigned Thomas Michael McClellan, 25 year old from Holt, on Open Murder, 1st Degree Child Abuse, and 1st degree Arson in front of Magistrate Blumer of the 55th District Court, bond was denied. 
Oftentimes, you can find 9-year-old Angel Travis in the studio with her father, Wiza Phiri, making music.
