MSU data breach exposed records
EAST LANSING, MI — Michigan State University has confirmed that on November 13 an unauthorized party gained access to a university server containing certain sensitive data.
Fewer students drinking and smoking regularly, MSU survey finds
EAST LANSING, MI — Fewer Michigan State University students are drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes on a regular basis, according to the State of Spartan Health survey, which is conducted every two years to assess the health of students on campus.

Rick Snyder recently proclaimed September as Campus Fire Safety Month. Living off-campus poses particularly high fire risks that are preventable when young adults know and practice life-saving fire safety measures.
