Is the real estate market a good investment for retirement? I haven’t fielded that question in at least five years, but over the past six weeks, I have been pleasantly surprised by the number of people who are reconsidering real estate as a source of steady income.
On June 8, 2012 at 2:32 p.m., the Lansing Police Department responded to the area of Max and Main St. on report that a shooting victim was waiting for medical transport.
On June 11, 2012 at approximately 12:00 midnight, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South Francis in reference a burglary in progress.
This year Dairy Day is outside on the NORTH lawn of the Capitol on June 12 . Event is 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!! NO invitation needed.

The city of Lansing is home to approximately 115,000 African-Americans. It’s also the home of a rich African-American culture, where family history can be traced all the way to the country’s birth, while also witnessing its momentous historical events.

School is out for the summer, but that doesn’t mean that families are any less busy. Soon the calendar will fill up with hobbies, lessons, camps and trips-all great ways to spend the summer. But one thing kids should always include on the list is reading. Studies have shown that those who don’t read over the summer lose some of their skills and fall behind their peers who do read.
A really simple and very tasty treat!

During the many fun nights I enjoyed playing Monopoly at the family table, I’ve never had the thought, “Hey, why doesn’t Hollywood spend $200 million making a live-action, CGI saturated movie based off a less fun game?”

DETROIT, MI — A 2012 Buick Verano was delivered to me on a Friday and I was headed down Interstate 75 to Toledo on Saturday. My point is that I got a chance to test drive Buick’s entry level sedan in several traffic environments.
