Event Details:
Date: Saturday, April 5, 2025
Time: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Crowne Plaza Lansing, 926 South Creyts Rd. | Lansing, MI 48917
“The NAACP Lansing Branch is excited to provide this community event,” said Harold A. Pope, President of the NAACP Lansing Branch. “It is a great opportunity to come together with open discussion and professional support given the current political climate in our nation. So many in our community are feeling trauma and disappointment in our government leadership as they press to eliminate education resources, roll back Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs, threaten to eliminate social security benefits, heavy reductions in Veteran services and so much more. There is no better time than now to have this event.”
