The Ingham County Medical Examiner’s Office today releases the findings into the death of Brian McMillen, a 22 year-old student at Michigan Student University who died on November 21, 2009. Toxicology results indicate the Mr. McMillen had a blood ethanol concentration of .35% and a urine ethanol concentration of .39% . The cause of death is Acute Ethanol Intoxication; the manner of death is Accidental.
