The Ingham County Prosecutors office issued charges on the following suspect that was arrested involving the hit and run homicide (Victim: Dennis Rodeman) on 9/9/15 (Cedar and Jolly).
The suspect was subsequently arraigned in 54-A District court in front of Magistrate Millmore on the following charges;
Grant Jacob Taylor, 22 year old Lansing man
CHARGE:
Count 1: Homicide – Open Murder (Felony)
Count 2: Failure to stop at scene of accident – when at fault – resulting in death (Felony)
Count 3: Police Officer – Fleeing – Third Degree (Felony)
Count 4: Police Officer – Fleeing – Third Degree (Felony)
BOND: NO Bond/Denied
Taylor’s is scheduled to appear in 54-A District court in front of Judge Clarke on;
Pre-Exam Conference: Friday, 9/18/15 @ 8:30 am
Preliminary Hearing: Wednesday, 9/23/15 @ 9:30 am
