On November 3, 2016 the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office arraigned Thomas Michael McClellan, 25 year old from Holt, on Open Murder, 1st Degree Child Abuse, and 1st degree Arson in front of Magistrate Blumer of the 55th District Court, bond was denied. McClellan is accused of killing his 5 year old stepdaughter, Luna Michelle Younger, and then setting a fire to destroy evidence of the killing. Sheriff’s Officials arrested Thomas McClellan November 1st, at Valhalla Park in Delhi TWP with assistance from the Michigan State Police Fugitive Team. The arrest came a few hours after discovering the body. Sheriff’s Officials are not releasing how Luna was killed and released her identity at the family’s request.
Thomas McClellan is due in court on November 10th, 2016 for pre-exam conference in front of Judge Boyd
