1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 cups whole milk
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 teaspoons grated orange zest

Crust
– 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
… – 2 T brown sugar
– 3 T melted butter
Filling
– 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature, softened
– 3/4 cup white sugar
– 2 large eggs, room temperature
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1 tsp. vanilla extract (or lemon)
– 1 tbsp. flour
