Thirty five (35) people are facing probation violation proceedings as a result of the most recent 55th District Court Probation OPERATION NIGHTHAWK. The program is conducted on a targeted basis after business hours to monitor defendants on probation. The sweeps, which occurred June 11, June 25 and July 1, 2011

LANSING, MI — Fenner Conservancy, the nonprofit organization that manages Fenner Nature Center, has been awarded assistance in the form of an AmeriCorps staff member.
