NYF Gets New CEO

New Young Fathers.com (NYF) announces that its original Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder, Andre’ Dandridge will be resigning from his position of CEO on April 1, 2013, and will change roles to the position of Treasurer of Board of Directors. Mr. Dandridge has served as the CEO of the organization since its inception in 2008.

The Friends of Michigan History, Inc. and the Michigan Historical Center are partnering to put on a Symposium on April 6, 2013 at the Michigan Historical Center, which is located at 702 West Kalamazoo Street in downtown Lansing. The all day event is done as part of the Sesquicentennial commemoration of the American Civil War (1861-1865).

Two Suspects Nabbed in Home Invasion Call

On Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at approximately 1:00 a.m. Lansing Police Officers responded to a residence in the 800 block of Vine St. in regards to a Home Invasion in progress. The caller/home resident informed dispatch that several male subjects forcibly entered the house with weapons. Anderson and Marshall have hearings scheduled in 54-A District court in front of Judge Deluca.
