LANSING, MI — The investigation into the death of 43 year old Tarshrika Beasley and her son, Elijah Brown, 5-years-old, is ongoing. June 7th was her 43rd birthday and the day of the fire.

LANSING, MI – The LCC Alumni Association will host its 14th annual Day at the Zoo 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 24, at Potter Park Zoo, sponsored by LAFCU. Admission is FREE for LCC alumni, students, employees, retirees and their families. Parking is $3 for Ingham County residents, and $5 if you reside outside of Ingham County. If you have taken one class at LCC, you are considered an alumnus.
LANSING, MI – Early this morning, on June 7th, there was a fire at LaRoy Froh housing complex in the 2400 block of Reo Road.
Aaron Lee is a single father. He celebrates Father’s Day with his children, Ava Lee and Cameron Lee. Every day is special. He is grateful for the opportunity to be a father and believes it is a blessing.

Deputies responded to the home to check the welfare of a student from the Leslie School District, the student attends the same school where a threat of violence was reported late last week.
