With summer only few weeks away, many of us are determined of getting our beach bodies back once again. Though this can be in a short period of time through calorie restricting crash diets, the weight loss is only temporary and most importantly, unhealthy. So if one is interested of looking good for the summer but also wants to lead a healthier lifestyle with long-term results, then one should try the EnVision Pro (EVP) Fitness Program.
EVP is a fitness program that is designed to change any person’s body desire. What was once only available to professional athletes has gone public due to popular demand for its life-long results.
Charles Burnette Jr., a certified physical trainer and Envision Pro Representative based in Lansing, says this affordable program is customized based to the trainee’s needs and desired goals. Factors such as the individual’s height, weight, allergies and desired goal times are considered when a program is designed for each individual. Trainees are also assigned with certified trainers, who provide the vision and guidance to help achieve one’s health goal.
The intensity of the workout depends on the trainee’s goal time frame. For an intense workout regime, two workouts are done each day in the span of four days a week. If one is looking for an introductory and intermediate workout plan, one is required to workout once a day, four times a week. A person’s health issue is also taken into consideration, as some might not be able to keep up with the recommended workout plan, so trainers work around their trainee’s condition.
These workouts can also be performed outdoors, gyms or at home too, under the supervision of trainers, to make sure that workouts are done efficiently and correctly.
In addition to the fitness program, a nutrition plan, which changes every two weeks, is also given to the trainees to further assist them with their health goals.
Nutrition plays an integral role when an individual has a desire to change their body explains Burnette. “It (Nutrition) is approximately 70% important of how a person’s body looks. It’s how, what and when they eat.”
He also adds that protein shakes are also vital to the program’s diet plan, requiring trainees to drink them a number of times a day, as they contain the essentials nutrients for bulking up or leaning the muscles.
Envision Pro offers three different types of fitness and nutrition’s plans: 6, 12 and 18 weeks, ranging from $199 to $499. Individual nutrition plans can also be purchased separately.
Burnette says that their clients can see a difference within the first week alone, losing up to 7 to 11 pounds and inches of fat as well. One can also lose up to 4- 5 pounds that following week. “Many of our trainees have the tendency to fall out after a week” due to dramatic results says Brunette but if one is motivated, the results will continue coming, especially when the program is altered after every two weeks. “We make results happen and this is 100% guaranteed.”
So if one is seriously considering losing weight to lead a healthier lifestyle, or would just like to gain confidence by looking good this upcoming summer season, then check out the Envision Pro, the most cost efficient training and nutrition program currently available.
