Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office – Homicide charges, in the deaths of Lance Pollo and Raequan Brown

OPEN MURDER CHARGES

After an extensive and professional criminal investigation by members of the Michigan State Police, Lansing Police Department, and Eaton County Sheriff’s Office, our office has charged Trisha Bos and Timothy Galbraith with Open Murder in connection with Lance Pollo’s death, which occurred on February 9, 2025, at 535 S. Foster Ave., Lansing.
Additionally, Timothy Galbraith faces a charge of Open Murder for the death of Raequan Brown, which also occurred on February 9, 2025, but at a different location, 634 S. Francis Ave., Lansing.

CRIMINAL CHARGES PERTAINING TO TRISHA BOS
Defendant, Trisha Bos, has been charged with the following crimes:
 Count 1: Homicide – Open Murder (Lance Pollo)
 Count 2: Weapons – Felony Firearm (Murder)
 Count 3: Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with Evidence
 Count 4: Tampering with Evidence
 Count 5: Conspiracy to Commit Dead Bodies – Disinterment & Mutilation
 Count 6: Dead Bodies – Disinterment & Mutilation
The defendant was arraigned on February 11, 2026, in the 54-A District Court. Bond was denied.

Defendant, Timothy Galbraith, has been charged with the following crimes as a Habitual 4 th Offender:
 Count 1: Homicide – Open Murder (Raequan Brown)
 Count 2: Homicide – Open Murder (Lance Pollo)
 Count 3: Weapons – Felony Firearm (Murder)
 Count 4: Weapons – Felony Firearm (Murder)
 Count 5: Firearms – Possession by Prohibited Person
 Count 6: Weapons – Felony Firearm (Possession by Prohibited Person)
 Count 7: Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with Evidence
 Count 8: Tampering with Evidence
 Count 9: Conspiracy to Commit Tampering with Evidence
 Count 10: Tampering with Evidence
 Count 11: Conspiracy to Commit Dead Bodies – Disinterment & Mutilation

 Count 12: Dead Bodies – Disinterment & Mutilation
