Position: Facility Consultant
Deadline: February 3rd, 2012
Job Focus: A thorough assessment of school’s physical plant and make recommendations for repair, and or replacement of certain items.
Qualifications: Background in either construction, construction management, architecture, or related discipline. Familiarity with boiler operations, current building codes, and asbestos abatement also required.
Duties:
· To accept and evaluate vendor bids for facility related projects.
· To determine the code requirements for each project.
· To present options to the school board.
