LANSING, MI — Michael Kilpatrick, 12-years-old, may have been last seen in the area of Oakland Avenue and Princeton Avenue on the north end of Lansing is missing. He was last seen wearing a green denim jacket, dark jeans, and dark blue shoes with white stripes.
