Darryl Sephus Smith, 47 year old Lansing man, was arraigned yesterday March 15, 2014 in 54-A District court in front of Judge Hugh Clarke. The charge was from a crime that occurred on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the PNC bank in the 1700 block of W. Mt. Hope.
