On August 31, 2011, at 4:00 p.m., a 51 yr old female was attacked in the North Grand Parking ramp in the downtown area of the City of Lansing. Accused indicated he had a gun (None seen), demanded money, then sexually assaulted the victim.
Accused described as B/m, dark skin, approximately 28 yrs, clean shaven, short curly hair. Wearing a white t-shirt-possibly muscle t-shirt, and long white shorts. Last seen running north on Grand near Shiawasee.
Ramp employees stated the accused was seen in the ramp (3rd floor) at approximately 1500-1530 hrs. Several individuals contacted gave similar descriptions of the accused.
