FASHION, what did you think the answer was. The heat of July and August is upon us fashion bunnies and we have to be fashionably prepared.
My first cool summer pick is a straw hat. Straw hats have been around forever and have held their ground in the fashion world. For the little fashion bunnies,The Baby Gap has the cutest straw hats .
My second pick is a layered
handkerchief hem-skirt in bias-cut crinkle rayon, ankle length of course, the fabric is very light and breezy and the length keeps the legs cool. You can find them in a Newport News catalog or log on to the website at www.newport-news.com.
Look for the crocheted skirts and dresses, as well, they are my third pick.
Any Kate Spade sandal is a classy and definite must have. It is worth it to invest in a nice sandal.
Speaking of investing everyone must have a Coach bag. The duffel sac is back and the shelves at the Coach Outlets are packed. While shopping, add the leather
wristlet and for our corporate bunnies, the Lexington briefcase
is a winner. Coach bags can be
passed down from generation to
generation.
Last but surely not the least, are the cool summer dresses that are featured in the latest issue of the Victoria Secrets catalog.
My hot find while browsing in Greenwich Village, New York City, was a big, deep royal blue oval shaped mood ring, to be worn on the index finger. You must get one of these stunning rings. The cost is $5.00 from a street vendor. Look around your local stores or visit the many fairs that are happening this summer fashion bunnies and you are sure to find deals.
