News Spotlight – Pattengill Shooting Investigation- UPDATE
On Friday, November 3, 2017 at approximately 4:33 p.m. the Ingham County 9-1-1 Center received several calls regarding a possible shooting that had just occurred at Pattengill Academy (626 Marshall Ave). When officers from the Lansing Police Department (LPD) arrived on scene they received information from witnesses that a black SUV vehicle was seen leaving the scene after the shooting.

MY PET WORLD: Don’t believe it; dogs can get fleas at a kennel

We boarded our 115-pound white German shepherd, for 10 days. A few hours after picking him up from the kennel, we discovered he had fleas. The kennel owner said the flea life cycle was 14 days and therefore, my dog could not have gotten fleas during his stay.
