What you believe, has the power to manifest. We’ve all heard the saying, “What you believe, you can achieve.” This saying also applies to your finances. Many of us have a negative way of thinking when it comes to increasing our finances. With the trials and tribulations of life, we may feel that we are unable to excel, and become financially successful. We may feel that we’re so far over our heads, that it is impossible to redeem ourselves. However, I know that this is not true, and that financial success begins with your efforts, and you’re thinking. Positive thinking is a mental and emotional feeling that focuses on the brighter side of life, and demands positive results. When you are able to think in such a light, your life begins to make positive changes, and your finances begin to increase.
This is a result of eliminating negativity, and having more energy to focus on solutions instead of excuses. When you begin to look at your financial state as half full, rather than half empty, you shift your way of thinking. At this stage, you are able to clearly define your issues, and strategize on how to rebuild, or increase your financial state. Nevertheless, this way of thinking is not accepted by everyone. Some people reject the notion, believing that it is a waste of time, but the “waste of time” is really in the constant worrying and stressing you continue to partake in over your finances. Worrying without efforts bear no results. Instead, it is best to think positive, speak positivity, and work towards a positive outcome.
So how does speaking positivity help to increase your finances? When a person feels hopeless, they are less susceptible to put forth effort and believe in themselves. Thus, a positive person believes that they are able to prevail. Having that confidence in yourself allows you to push through and endure present trials. It also allows you to learn from your mistakes, and apply your previous experience, to your present situation. You are FREER to make changes! When you are positive, you do not anticipate failure. Yet, you demand the results you wish to see. Think about it this way, if you are hell bent on saving $500 by the end of the year, and you have a positive attitude about doing so, all of your action going forward will be an exact result of your goal. You will begin to save with pride, enjoy spending less, and energetically work harder to reach your goal. You will be more willing to sacrifice, while being satisfied with recycling, reusing, and reassuring yourself you will be successful.
“When a person feels hopeless, they are less susceptible to put forth effort and believe in themselves. Thus, a positive person believes that they are able to prevail.”
When we are positive, we experience happy and pleasant feelings about life and our situations. That positive energy helps to stimulate our minds, and allows us to think more effectively and efficiently. As a result, we are able to better manage our time, money, and efforts. We are better able to priorities, and recognize what is most important. We are able to rationalize and make better decisions. Today going forward, I challenge you to tell yourself, “I will be financially successful!”, and work very hard towards being just that. I guarantee, as time goes on, all your dreams will come true.
