PASSAGES THROUGH LOSS AND GRIEF: GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP
“Passages” is an open group available to anyone who has experienced a loss through death. Meetings are on the fourth Monday of the month from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at The Hospice of Lansing Residence, located at 3411 Stoneleigh in South Lansing. Call 517-882-4500 for directions.

COMMUNITY GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP
Open to all community members, The Hospice of Lansing is hosting a community grief support on the second Tuesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The group will meet at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 7000 W. Saginaw in west Lansing. Topics will include, but are not limited to, General Grief Information, Identifying the Losses in Life and How to Integrate Them into Life. ETHICAL DILEMMAS AT THE END OF LIFE
TELECONFERENCE
Join the Hospice of Lansing, Estes-Leadley Funeral Homes, Visiting Nurse Service of Michigan – Lansing and Sparrow Hospital as we collectively host the 12th annual Hospice Foundation of America’s teleconference on April 20 from 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. at the Michigan Library and Historical Center located at 702 W. Kalamazoo in downtown Lansing.
This year’s program is entitled “Ethical Dilemmas at the End of Life”. The thought-provoking topics include the interrelationship between morals, values, ethics and the law, and the basis for ethical decision making for end-of-life decisions.
A panel of local experts will discuss the ethics of decision-making from 4:00 – 4:30 p.m. Continuing education credits will be available in a variety of disciplines for $25.00.
