Community Day of Care and Prayer: The Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church “Community Day of Care and Prayer”, which will include FREE Clothing, Shoes and More, will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church (5200 Pleasant Grove Road). This FREE giveaway is open to all and will operate on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.
More on the event: The mission of the Community Day of Care and Prayer is to provide FREE clothing, coats, shoes, prayer, and refreshments in a clean, inviting, non-threatening environment for those in need. The church’s primary goal is not to gain a profit but to supply a need to people who otherwise would not be able to buy for themselves or their families.
