Lansing Police investigation into the homicide of Kevin Wade Wirth has led to an arrest. During the course of the investigation Detectives identified a suspect in the crime. Officers from the Michigan State Police fugitive team and United States Marshals tracked the suspect and located him in a residence in the Detroit area.
The suspect, a 30 year old Detroit man, Larkin Henry Neeley, Jr. was arrested without incident and transported to the Lansing Police Detention facility. He was charged with Open Murder (Felony) and Armed Robbery (Felony).
