In my humble opinion, "R n R", released by Rick Braun and Richard Elliot on August 28, 2007, on the Artizen Records label, is the best smooth jazz CD of the year.
I first became acquainted with Marcus Johnson’s music with his release of a CD entitled “Just Doing What I Do” in 2004, and I immediately fell in love with it. “Just Doing What I Do” was an excellent CD, and it was good enough to make me want to search for more of Johnson’s music.
