with 1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons good olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 lemon, quartered
