This school year has been one of new rules, strict policies and even new times. The new superintendent of the Lansing School District, T.C. Wallace, has had “the opportunity to lay the groundwork for a strong organizational structure”.
LANSING, MI — Residents living in and around the Lansing, MI, community can be screened to reduce their risk of having a stroke or a serious bone fracture. Life Line Screening will be at Letts Community Center on October 16. The site is located at 1220 W. Kalamazoo Street in Lansing. Appointments will begin at 9:30 am.
Michigan’s Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is a federally funded, low-income residential energy conservation program. The program provides free home energy conservation services to low-income Michigan homeowners and renters. These services reduce energy use and lower utility bills, thus creating more self-sufficient households.
