Yoga has become an extremely popular form of exercise and relaxation here in the United States over the past decade. This scientific system of mental and physical practices or poses originates from India and is several thousand years old. The original purpose of yoga is to help those who practice it experience physical and mental health as well as promoting the achievement of their full personal potential.
2008 Nu Poet Collective consists of Rina Risper, Tiya Kunaiyi, Logic and Tupaco. We will be performing around town during February. There are no plans to resume the Poetry Readings during the week.
