In Paris last June, I kept running into a delightful woman from Indiana on her first trip there. Wonderstruck by the city's charms, she was doing everything right – picking up French words, conversing with every local she could, and enjoying the great artistic and cultural experiences.
BATTLE CREEK, MI — In April, 2016, FireKeepers Casino Hotel and its owners, the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi purchased and took possession of the historic Fire Station No. 4 located near downtown Battle Creek, Michigan, with the goal of revitalizing the building and turning it into a restaurant, bakery, and, most importantly, a much needed food pantry to help those less fortunate.

ha Hall’s son, Michael Anthony Hall was born on March 16, 2016 at 3:45 am at just 35 weeks. Her brother, Michael “Mikey” McKissic II, was murdered in Lansing, MI on August 1, 2015, just 7 months prior to the birth of his nephew. She believes that it is not a coincidence.
